By accessing or using ViperMail365 services, websites, applications, infrastructure, communication systems, or email platforms, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of all ViperMail365 services and systems.

2. Services Provided

ViperMail365 provides email hosting, communication services, authentication systems, spam filtering, webmail access, and related infrastructure functionality.

Services may be modified, suspended, restricted, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Users are solely responsible for all activity occurring under their accounts.
  • Users must maintain secure passwords and account credentials.
  • Users may not use services for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
  • Users may not transmit malware, spam, phishing attempts, or unauthorized communications.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining backups of important data and communications.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
  • Interfere with platform security or operations.
  • Use services to distribute harmful software.
  • Transmit spam, bulk unsolicited email, or scams.
  • Abuse network resources or infrastructure.
  • Impersonate individuals or organizations.

5. Service Availability

ViperMail365 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or continuous service availability.

Downtime, delays, interruptions, maintenance events, outages, routing failures, hardware issues, software defects, or third-party disruptions may occur.

6. Data and Communications

Users acknowledge that electronic communications transmitted over the internet may not be fully secure, private, or reliable.

ViperMail365 may process or temporarily store data as necessary for operational, security, filtering, routing, authentication, compliance, or abuse prevention purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViperMail365 and its operators, affiliates, providers, contractors, administrators, and partners shall not be liable for:

  • Data loss
  • Email delivery failure
  • Unauthorized access
  • Account compromise
  • Business interruption
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Security incidents
  • Third-party actions or failures
  • Service outages or downtime

Use of ViperMail365 services is entirely at the user's own risk.

8. No Warranty

Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

ViperMail365 disclaims all warranties including:

  • Availability
  • Reliability
  • Accuracy
  • Security
  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement

9. Third-Party Services

Services may rely upon or integrate with third-party providers, hosting infrastructure, DNS systems, APIs, certificate authorities, payment processors, or external software.

ViperMail365 is not responsible for third-party systems, availability, functionality, privacy practices, or security measures.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

ViperMail365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, terminate, or remove access to services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason permitted by law.

11. Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated, modified, or revised at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
